How Does Buyer Assistance Work?

We give you access to a team of other services we regular use such as finance brokers, settlement agents, building inspectors and tradesmen
We assist you with establishing a budget and formulating your buying criteria.
We give you access to recent sales data and help you determine what is a suitable market value to pay in any area across the Perth Metro.
We can give you an accurate rental appraisal, so you can budget your rental return.
We can help you put together a cash flow projection taking into account all known costs.
We can register email alerts for new properties and tap into the agents we have a relationship with in the area, to be informed when anything new hits the market.
When we have a particular property that may be of interest we can then give you the specific background of the property and the street.
When you are interested in a property, you let us know and we organise a viewing with the listing agent.
If you would like to present an offer, we write it up and present it to the listing agent.
The only thing we cannot do is negotiate your offer for you but with the complete background you will have all the information to make an informed decision on the price you are willing to pay.

How does Investors Edge get paid for their time?

Investors Edge gets paid by receiving a conjunctional commission from the listing agent. It will not cost you anything to use our Buyer Assistance service.

Will I be disadvantaged by not dealing direct with the listing agent?

You will not in any way be disadvantaged through this arrangement, agents have to conjunct as part of our code of conduct and around 30% of our sales as listing agents are from other agents bringing us a buyer.
