This Sub Division Seminar and booklet I have prepared to educate and assist a first time property sub divider.

Whilst I can easily research a property and give a fairly definitive “yes or no” answer and probable costs involved, time frames and financial result to sub divide any residential property, I do not believe that really serves you. Like the old saying goes “I would rather teach you how to fish, than just feed you for a day”.
