Nicole has done an excellent job at getting my property back in the rental market. I have an old house which is difficult to rent in today’s market. Nicole’s appraisal was accurate and She’s able to identify the problem quickly in terms of what is needed for a rental property and communicate them me, so we could get it resolved straightaway.
