Dallas Chua did an excellent job looking for new tenant for my property. He kept track of the time the previous was supposed to move out and advertised in advance looking for new tenant thereby resulting in virtually no unnecessary vacancy time.
Dallas also has good grasp of the current rental market conditions and recommended realistic rental to offer prospective tenant. Response from the market was almost instantaneous based on his review of the market reaction.
