Haven’t had to pay a cent of my own money!
I’ve just finished getting bank valuations on each of my properties to do some re-financing.
Thought you might be interested to know that the 3×2 place I got off you in Wattle Grove came in at $465,000. I still haven’t had to pay a cent of my own money thanks to the cashback arrangement and owe just under 400k on the place when I include purchase costs. It is already cash flow positive and is looking to be a great first investment property, so I just wanted to say thanks again for your help and advice in getting me up and going, I really appreciate it!
Also the 1×1 apartment in Maylands purchased through you at $383,000 has already been valued at $400,000 despite still being a few months off completion of being built. Given how conservative bank valuations generally are, I can’t complain with those.
