Erica’s journey in property management began when her friends started asking her to help with managing their properties back in 2013. Her bad experiences as both a property investor and tenant have shown her how rental properties should not be managed and inspired her to do it better!

Erica’s excellent communication, organisation and attention to detail makes her ideally suited to delivering a consistently high level of service to our clients.
