Donate at least 1 Day's Rent (Or $50) to Help Prevent Suicide!

It shocked me to hear these stats because they a real people like you and me often suffering without the help they need and in most cases it could be prevented.

Today is World Mental Health Day and I am writing this email to see if you would Donate at least 1 day's rent (or at least $50) to zero2hero to help us to prevent suicide and depression by educating Perth teenagers to live mentally healthy and fulfilling lives.

Plus I will donate 10% of any donation that you give.

Even $50 can make a big difference and you can of course give more to have an even bigger impact on preventing the suicide of even more Perth teenagers. As a bonus, your donation will also be tax deductible.

I spent last week away mentoring teenagers aged 14-17 on Camp Hero, see photo below. Camp Hero is zero2hero's premier Mental Health Leadership program that is completely free for teenagers to attend but costs us $600 per teenager to run. We do this with little to no government funding and completely rely on donations and fundraising, so we could really use your support!

It was the 7th camp that I have mentored at in the last 2 years and I was again blown away by the amazing transformation we saw in the teens.  They are now equipped with the skills and confidence to be mental health leaders, able to prevent suicide among all their friends.
