It was the grandest awards night that the Real Estate Institute of Western Australia (REIWA) have ever presented and we thought they had a great color scheme going on with flares of orange everywhere about the ballroom. One of the Investors Edge team said, “Having our company colors everywhere could be a lucky sign?”… Lucky it was! We were hopeful to pick up one of the three awards that we were nominated for but ended up taking home all three and winning the most awards of any Western Australian agency on the night.
A huge congratulations to Jewayne Loong who won Residential Property Manager of the year, Justine Valender who won Achievement for Service Excellence award and our whole team who won Small Residential Agency of the year!
It was back in 2010 when our Denise Thompson won the REIWA Property Manager of the year award and since then we have come so far as a business taking all of our systems, procedures and standards to a new level. Over that time Denise has moved out of hands on property management and working with me to train our growing team to consistently deliver the highest possible level of service with a unique investor mindset.
Over the last 3 years our team were really worried when I came up with our crazy communication guarantee, our no lock in contracts and insanely high service standards but to their credit they have not only embraced them but lived up to them. Many clients may still not realize that we are one of the only agents in Perth to pay and reward our staff purely by how well they service our clients. It certainly leads to getting the best results for you!
It has taken so much effort from all the team and this is a great acknowledgement for them all. Denise and I would also like to truly thank each one of our clients for giving us the feedback to improve… I know it can be a real pain to complete surveys and takes a lot of guts to speak the truth but we are always open to listening and genuinely care about every single experience anyone has with Investors Edge.

Wow on your achievement. I know what is takes to receive such a distinguished award in the hugely competitive real estate industry, you are up against some serious competition. I know i’ve worked with some of the other top agencies like Ray White and Realmark that you were up against and your achievement is outstanding.
