We will provide all the training and support for you to successfully grow and tightly manage your portfolio from the comfort of your own home.
You will commence with approx 65 properties to manage in a small and efficient portfolio from Harrisdale to Byford.
Receiving a revenue split, you will start on approx $50,000 (Plus Super & Car Allowance) and as your portfolio grows, so does your income – where you could be earning up to $120,000 per year!
We also have limited opportunities available in 11 other locations across the whole of Perth.
What will you be doing?
You will be running a portfolio doing all aspects pertaining to higher level property management including leasing and business development. If you can follow our proven processes you can be successful.
We have tried to remove all the tedious parts of property management, so you have no PCRs to be done and most admin related tasks are completed by our support team and our cloud based systems make everything else a lot easier. Your duties will include:
- Creating referral relationships following our easy non salesy process.
- Meeting and presenting to potential new clients.
- Advertising and showing properties for lease.
- Routine inspections.
- Handling of maintenance
- Final bond inspections
- Rent Reviews – with assistance
- Lease renewals – with assistance
- Management Authority Renewals – with assistance
- Arrears management – with assistance
