Cloverdale is a quiet and friendly suburb ideal for students, families with kids, singles, professionals, and retirees. It is an affordable and unpolluted suburb with minimal traffic. Most of the civic and commercial developments can be found on the western side, and the rest are comprised of a mix of old and new housing.
Cloverdale is suburb just 10 kilometers from Perth’s CBD, and is mostly residential. It is found in Belmont’s eastern quarter, bounded by Leach Highway, Tonkin Highway, Epsom Avenue, Sydenham Street, and Belmont Avenue. Abernethy is Cloverdale’s main road. The airport is immediately to Cloverdale’s East via Tonkin Highway.
The largely residential suburb enjoys its very own Belmont Forum, which features at least 142 stores. Belmont Tavern and Reading Cinema make the nearby Belmont Village centre a favorite among locals.. Cloverdale is also home to a Senior Citizens Center, Museum, and Library. Starting families have the Notre Dame, Cloverdale, and BelmayStatePrimary Schools. BelmontCityCollege is stationed northwest from Cloverdale. Wherever you are in Cloverdale, you’re just a short drive from schools, restaurants, and specialty shops.
There’s a mix of recreation Centre , Sports Clubs and community aswell as numerous small parks scattered around Cloverdale. Southwest to Belmont Avenue features Belmont Oval and ForsterPark. The 400 metre grassed running track of Gerry Archer Athletic Centre is a good option for your daily exercise.
Cloverdale is connected to Perth’s CBD by way of Tonkin and Leach Highways. Swan Transit’s Transperth buses run regularly throughout the suburb along Abernethy Road. Oats Street and Carlisle are home to the nearest train stations, making Cloverdale a convenient place to call home
