Floreat is a beautiful community located 5 miles from the Perth’s CBD. It is home to the library and municipal offices of the Town of Cambridge and considered as its capital. When it was first developed, it was one of the many neighborhoods of Perth. Today, it is home to more than 7,000 residents and has become a busy community complete with schools, a shopping center and sporting facilities. Professionals, families with children and retirees love the many amenities within its boundaries along with its several lush parklands.
The busy suburb is set 5 miles from the center of Perth. It is bordered by Durston Road, Cromarty Road, Selby Street and the Underwood Avenue.
