Family says SELL - BIDDERS GUIDE $800,000+

House Sold - VICTORIA PARK WA

First Time ever offered for sale, original owner is sadly no longer able to maintain this surprisingly large 3×2 on a original big quarter acre, just a stones throw away from the heart of Victoria Park.

Zoned R60 and boasting land of approximately 20 m width, 50 m depth, surrounded by high density developments, it’s unlikely the next owner will keep this much loved family home, even with the 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, sunken formal lounge with built in bar, kitchen dining family room, sun room and big laundry.

Developers & Investors email at Jarrad@investorsedge.com.au today to get a copy of the pdf developers pack including services map, zoning tables.

Fast Facts about Victoria Park
  • Postcode is 6100
  • Local Council is Town of Victoria Park
  • Investors Are Buying Established, Subdividing, Student Housing
A lovely suburb close to the heart of Perth, Victoria Park is a beautiful place to live in. A number of housing developments are created in the area to cater to the demand in real estate among families and workers, earning it a nickname as a “working man's district” in the 1930s. Still, an increase in elderly population beginning in the 1970s slowly erased the moniker from the suburb. Plenty of apartment blocks can be found across the suburb.
Victoria Park boasts of a wonderful location just a few minutes southeast from the heart of the city. Perth CBD is just 3 km away, allowing residents and visitors to have easy access to many of its landmarks and business establishments. The suburb, though, is quite small, only covering an area of 2.6 km2.
Considering its proximity to the CBD, Victoria Park can easily do away with amenities to serve its residents yet provides them with such nonetheless. Today, it is home to a number of factories, commercial establishments, banks, hotels, post office, police station, and utilities. There is also a state school in the vicinity.
For recreation, residents and guests can easily drive away to Perth CBD or the beaches hugging the westernmost portion of the city. Also, there is a bowling club in the area and some shopping centers for them to have a good time.
Several bus routes conveniently ply the route across Victoria Park, connecting it with Perth CBD and several neighboring towns. It is transected by several highways and The Causeway. Victoria Park bus station is set on the eastern end of The Causeway while the Victoria Park train station is on the suburb’s northeastern corner.
