What influenced you to buy the property?
To be honest it was the best house available at the time we were looking.
We loved the patio, saw great potential in the gardens and the inside of the house was pleaisng and warm
The shed was a big draw card for me as I love my cars and it had 3 phase power which was a big bonus
What advantages are there in living in your home?
Very close to schools, airport, not too far from the city, close to the swan valley and kalamunda
Very quiet street and great neighbours
Most houses are kept to a great standard and the street is very clean
