Located north of Perth, Westminster is an affluent suburb that continues to attract singles, families, and retirees. It is largely residential although settlers can expect to see an impressive number of recreational areas and industries. The residential suburb attracts single people, starting families, and retirees. Students cross to Westminster daily due to the large number of schooling options found within the suburb.
