  • Starting on a $40,000 debit/credit, with sliding scale commission structure.
  • Based in our Kenwick office, 14km south east of Perth, with great access to main roads.

Our Director is transitioning out of sales and we need a sales consultant with the right attitude to make the most of the selling opportunities available from our extensive network.

Does this sound like you?

You will have an interest in property investment and ideally some relevant experience in sales or customer service. It would also help if you have bought and sold at least one property before. You will be willing to go the extra mile for clients and work after hours and on weekends to create your success.

You should be a team player, who is open to feedback and focussed on continuous improvement.

With our brand you can choose to specialise in a suburb of your choice or sell across Perth based on your relationships. It’s rewarding to help people with their largest assets, over and over again!

Most importantly you will fit right into our great team culture, so we can all keep enjoying work every day.

What you will be doing

You will start with a week’s work experience, to give you an insight into our culture and approach to sales.

Then upon joining you will receive an in-depth 3-month training program, giving you all the necessary skills and experience to be great at securing listings and selling real estate. During this time you will be appraising property, preparing property marketing, carrying out home opens and fine tuning your presentation negotiation skills. Most importantly you will start growing your own database and network and be given access to ours.

Within 6-9 months you should be independent in the role and our go to for property sales. Then when most of the learning is done, it’s time for you to focus on your earning!
