Emma took over the management of my property at around the same time as we were planning on removing a rather unsavory tenant. Not only did the tenant require constant chasing up for rent, but they left the house in a horrible state.
It was one of those situations where the work required was easily going to cost more than the bond. Since the day the tenant moved out, Emma has been an absolute gun. She was out there in the morning making a list of everything that required fixing/cleaning/replacing and was straight into getting quotes and people out to get things sorted, while keeping me in the loop the whole time.
