ATO to double its rental audits – Real Estate Business

After the downturn in mining, the Perth property market began a decline that’s continued over the past few years, but it may have reached the bottom of the cycle. And the only way to go from there is up.

DESPITE a general perception that Perth’s property market is not performing well many suburbs are seeing positive changes, with properties selling faster than they did several years ago.
