Goes the Extra Mile!
I would like to share my recent experience with our property manager- Carolyn Oreo. We accidentally locked ourselves out of our home without the property keys on a Sunday morning with no options to get in.We were left with only 2 options. One is to hire a locksmith who charge an exorbitant price or to seek help from Carolyn who might have another set of keys. Being a Sunday , we didn’t had a high hope to arrange the spare keys from Investors Edge, but for our surprise, Carolyn responded to our request She drove all the way from her house to their office and brought us keys which finally helped us to get access to our property. She shown us the perfect example of going beyond her responsibility to help a customer in need. I would rate their service as 5 star. Keep up your good job,
