As many of you would have seen, we regularly send out surveys to get your feedback. They not only help me acknowledge where the team has been doing a great job for you, but most importantly they allow me to identify areas to improve.
From our most recent round of landlord surveys we have identified and implemented the following exciting improvements, so watch out for them.
Explanation of how to read your rental statements
We have now included a website address on every rental statement that will take you straight to a guide, clarifying out best to read your rental statement. We hope this helps!

Better Handling of Maintenance
Greater Depth- We are currently focused on strengthening our maintenance trades list to have more reliable and well priced trades to service each suburb. This will help us get jobs done faster, while still keeping costs down.
Greater Transparency- To increase the transparency we have just completed major upgrades to our owner and tenant portals to now have a maintenance tab, that will show you all work orders that we issue for your property and the current status of those work orders. This will be handy to check that a job has been requested, when it is complete and finally when we have received the invoice for payment.
Access to all your Important Documents
We have also been working on upgrading all our systems and IT to electronically store your important documents such as invoices, leases, management authorities and these will now be compiled and sent out to you weekly and monthly with your statements. Plus from now on you will also be able to access documents through your online portal in a new documents section. This will help you keep all your important information in one place, that you can’t lose!
