Today I'm tackling some of the questions getting posted in our Perth Property Investment Facebook Group to throw in my 2 cents and hopefully help you with your investing too… So if you are not already a member head on over to join us and keep the questions coming!

Firstly, I take a deep dive on some of the factors to consider whether to buy one property at $600k or 2 at $300k… it should be very interesting to look at all sides of this one.

I then go on to cover off my feedback on buying in Cloverdale, the pros and cons of using a buyer's agent, how to go about it yourself without using one, pointers for using equity in your home to fund your next purchase, choice of loan setup, whether a unit in the big complexes make for a good investment and whether you should consider getting your next property purchase meth tested.

Thrilled With the Sale Experience!

Living in the Melbourne, we had to fully rely on the agency handling the sale of the property. We are thrilled with Investors Edge Real Estate in the way they handled: the marketing, negotiating with the tenant, the time on market and of course the sale! We are looking forward to using their services again.
