Always Happy with the Service!
I have worked in the sales and customer service for about fifteen years now and I have spent a great deal of my working career training staff on how to provide their clientele with service that goes above and beyond basic expectations. I think that you do this brilliantly 🙂
In the short period of time that you were the property manager for the property I renting, I was always happy with the service that was provided. Little things like taking the time to call me to inform me of the changes, sending a letter to confirm our discussion and helping sort out the error I had with my direct debit were all things that you did not need to but you did graciously and as always in a professional manner.
You truly are an asset to the team at Investors Edge and I thank you for your time.
