I’ve got Paul Garnett from Garnett Conveyancing on the show. He’s got a wealth of experience and has seen just about everything when it comes to settlements. You’d be surprised because the average person just thinks settlements are easy but I’ve also seen over the years that they can become quite challenging when you don’t have the right person handling them or the wrong conditions in your sale contract.
There are a lot of important things that need to be done during the settlement process to make sure that you’re getting what you’ve paid for and that you’re protected from making any mistakes.
