Perth based Investors Edge Real Estate has just been awarded Property Management Agency of the year at the PPM National Property Management Awards for 2018.
Managing Director Jarrad Mahon accepted the “Best of the Best” awards at the PPM Gala Dinner in Surfers Paradise. In his acceptance speech he made mention of how tough the Perth rental market has been for landlords and property managers, now having some of the highest rental vacancy rates in Australia. “We had to really up our game to become twice as good in every aspect of our business just to cope with the market” said Jarrad.
He went on to say, “This is a wonderful acknowledgement for all the team’s incredible hard work, I wish they could all be here tonight because they are the real stars and deserve the credit”.
